Hello,
I’m Lindsay
Meaningful change begins when we take the time to understand ourselves more deeply.
Thoughtful psychotherapy for people navigating life's turning points.
You may be used to managing, coping, and keeping life moving, while quietly feeling that something isn't quite right.
Perhaps a significant life event has changed how you see yourself, your relationships, or your future. Or maybe there isn't one clear reason, just a growing sense that the way you've been living no longer feels sustainable. Whatever has brought you here, therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin making sense of your experiences.
Therapy offers space to pause and make sense of what's happening beneath the surface. Rather than rushing to find solutions, we take time to understand your experiences, explore how the past may be influencing the present, and notice the patterns that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected.
As things begin to make more sense, it often becomes easier to recognise what you need, navigate difficult emotions, and make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want to live.
My approach is person-centred, which means I offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on writing, mindfulness, or creative approaches where they feel helpful, always adapting the work to your individual needs.
Working with Children
Alongside my work with adults, I also offer child psychotherapy. Children often communicate their thoughts and feelings differently from adults, so sessions may involve play, creativity, or other age-appropriate approaches alongside conversation. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where children can begin to understand and express their emotions, develop healthy ways of coping, build confidence, and feel more able to navigate the challenges they are facing. I also work collaboratively with parents, offering regular check-ins to support their child's progress and help carry the work beyond the therapy room.
If this resonates with you, I'd be happy to arrange an initial consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

Therapy is a personal and individual process, and each person’s experience will be different.
Sessions are led by what feels most important to you. Some weeks may focus on current situations or decisions, while others may involve reflecting more deeply on patterns, relationships, or past experiences.
There is no expectation to have everything figured out or to know where to start. Part of the work is allowing space for things to emerge over time, at a pace that feels manageable.
You may notice your understanding of yourself beginning to shift, alongside changes in how you respond to situations, relate to others, or approach decisions. At times this can feel challenging, but it often brings a greater sense of clarity and direction.
